About Sanela

I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, passionate about helping others build confidence, courage and self-esteem so they can live healthier and happier lives and fulfil their potential. I trained with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School in London, where I was awarded my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH). I also hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), which is currently considered to be the 'gold standard' in the profession.

What is hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy combines the use of psychotherapy and hypnosis for the treatment and alleviation of various physical and psychological symptoms. I had a bad flying experience a few years back and developed a bad anxiety/fear of flying. In February I had a plane trip planned and decided to have hypnotherapy sessions with Sanela to try to combat this fear. I'll be honest I did not think this would be even possible but after the 3 sessions I went on a plane and actually enjoyed the flight without a panic attack first time in years. Sanela is an amazing woman, skilled hypnotherapist with a soothing voice and compassionate personality. I would highly recommend her service.
